Santeflex HQ is a private, single-owner service: the business-operations record of Santeflex. It is not offered to the public.
One Google account, linked by its owner, with two narrow permissions: a calendar this service creates itself (to place deadlines and renewals in it) and sending email (to send the owner a weekly brief). It never reads email or any other calendar. The account's email address is used to confirm who signed in.
The linked account's email address, the granted permissions, an encrypted Google refresh token, and the ids of the calendar events this service created. No email or calendar content from Google is stored, and none is written to logs.
Nothing from Google is passed to anyone. The business record kept by this service is read and written only by its owner and the owner's Claude assistant (Anthropic). It is never sold, shared with anyone else, or used for advertising or model training by this service.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An account owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The service owner can also unlink an account, which deletes its stored token and revokes it at Google.
